Of course. Contact us through any of our communication channels. Describe your wishes to us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
What do I need to state about the custom product I want?
You need to mention:
- what product do you want(collar, leash, toy, bandana...)
- what style (ex.:a padded collar with a buckle, ex.: a leash with a snaphook on each end and two rings for desirable lenght...)
- what colours do you want (ex.: green handle padding and blue ring)
- what size (ex.: 2 metres long leash, ex.: slip-on collar from 34 cm to 38cm...)
What is the price of such a special product according to my wishes?
The price very much depends on your wishes. If it is only a special combination of our standard materials, the price will not be much higher than the standard product, but we will definitely inform you about the price with a pro forma invoice.
What if I want something about my pet that I can't find in your online store?
